Materials are multipliers, not types

In Iron Soul Dungeon, materials do not pick what kind of buff you get. They multiply whatever base stat the gear has. Water Red is the highest multiplier, which is why it is the end-state material.

The attribute gacha

When you forge, the resulting attribute (e.g., 'Full HP' or 'Damage') is a random roll independent of the material. The forge optimizer estimates how many attempts you need to land the desired attribute.

Heavy weapons

Heavy weapons require a second equipment slot and a different material path. They scale harder per hit but are slower; light weapons are the meta because of the Skill Damage ceiling.

Forge Luck Pass

The 499 Robux Forge Luck Pass lifts the probability curve on high-tier rolls. Use the forge optimizer with and without the pass to see the difference in expected dungeon runs.
